Charles Henry Harris Obituary
Charles Henry Harris Sr., 83, of Tifton passed away Thursday, August 25, 2022. Services will be held for Mr. Harris at 12 Noon, Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Tifton.
He retired from Tifton Aluminum Company after 43 years as a maintenance man. Mr. Harris is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sudie Harris.
He is survived by two daughters, Peggy (Frankie) Mathis and Shirley Slacks; four sons, Charles Jr., Ronnie, Dwight and Vernard all of Tifton. He is survived by a sister-in-law, Beatrice Woods and a brother-in-law, Louis Leonard. He was loved by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Services for the Harris family are under the care and direction of Community Mortuary of Tifton.
