Nelle Bolton Whatley, 94, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012 at Memorial Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Ivey Funeral Home. Ivey Funeral, Inc. is in charge of arrangements. Hildred Snow Fisher of Melbourne, Fla., formerly of Jacksonville, Fla., died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012 at her residence. She was born July 21, 1923 in Tifton and was the daughter of Earl Clifton Snow and Elzie White Snow, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by husband, Bert T. Fisher and two sisters, Catherine Snow Joiner of Sparks and Lotus Snow Lindsey of Tifton. She is survived by her son, Hubert C Childress of Merritt Island, Fla. and her sister, Gwendolyn Snow Carmichael of Tifton. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
