Emmett C. Stapleton, 88, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with burial to follow at Fishing Creek Cemetery in Lumber City. The family will received friends from 6 until 9 p.m. at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Ezelle Williams Stapleton; daughters, Jackie Ann S. Bryan and Wanda S. Gregory; and son, Clifford Wayne Stapleton. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, Hazlehurst is in charge of arrangements. Benjamin Holland, 30, of Tifton died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Taylor Family Funeral Service.
