Gerald Richard Sirmans, 60, of Lenox died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 at Tift Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later. Among his survivors is his wife, Joan K. Sirmans of Lenox. Services for the Sirmans family are being provided by Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Margaret Sumner Hendley, 61, of Adel died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 at the home of her sister. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Cornerstone Christian Church. Interment will follow at the Fellowship Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Boone Funeral Home, located at 1804 S. Hutchinson Ave. in Adel. Mrs. Hendley is survived by a son, Joey Hendley; two brothers, Roger Sumner of Waycross and Robert Sumner of Birmingham, Ala.; and five sisters, Shirley Hines of Adel, Peggy Hooker of Birmingham, Ala., Judy Meadows of Memphis, Tenn., Marsha Daughtrey of Valdosta and Teresa Sumner of Warner Robins. Boone Funeral Home is serving the Hendley family. Alzena "MaDear" Jackson, 84, of Tifton died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 in Augusta. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Traveler's Rest Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Survivors include four daughters, Vernita Mills, LaVerne Jackson, Lereatha B. Threats and Alnita Jackson; and three sons, Willie M. Jackson, Felton G. Jackson and Thilson Jackson. The family has entrusted the arrangements to Taylor Family Funeral Service. Patricia Garvitte, 65, of Adel died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 at Cook Medical Center.
