Carol Louise Payne, 71 of Miami Springs, Fla. died Monday, Feb. 25. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at Live Oak Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Wes Payne; two sons, Chip and Doug, their spouses and grandsons, Kyle and Josh. Izell Woods, 50, of Tifton died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 at Tift Regional Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Bethel Pentecostal Church. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Woods of Tifton; daughter, Yolanda Woods of Tifton; and siblings, Beatrice Brinkley of Jacksonville, Fla., Ethel Stephen, Norma Hammock Nancy Woods, Idell Jones, Larry Woods, all of Tifton, and Phyllis Woods of Jacksonville, Fla. Arrangements are entrusted to Taylor Family Funeral Service. Emma Jean Watts, 66, of Tifton died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 at home. Arrangements will be announced later by Taylor Family Funeral Service.
