Tifton, Georgia - Mrs. Edna Cortez "Corky" Phelps Manning, 84, of Tifton passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors with Rev. Corey Thompson and Rev. Luke Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 3:45 P.M. at the funeral home before the service. Covid precautions will be observed.
