Reba Annette (Graham) Payne was born on December 20, 1931, in Arp Georgia. She was born to Gertrude and Floyd Graham. Annette is survived by two younger sisters, (Bobby Caroline and Kathryn Jackson.) On June 11, 1949, Annette married Thomas Alexander Payne. They had four children, Kathryn Denise, Donna Marie, Thomas David and Daniel Edward. After the birth of Daniel, Annette became a nursing assistant for the Chambersburg Hospital. Where Annette worked for twenty years in Pediatrics. Annette was loved and admired for her work at the hospital. She trained many nursing students in Pediatrics. I'm proud to say I was one of them. Annette retired from the hospital in 1981. When she, Thomas and Daniel moved to Deltona Fl. Annette worked for five more years in Private Duty. After Annette's retirement from private duty, Annette and Thomas returned to Tifton, Ga. Where they remained until Annette developed Alzheimer's Disease. They returned to Florida to be close to their children. As their health declined they moved to Bishops Glen in Holly Hill Florida in 2014. Annette passed away on December 6, 2018. After a brief illness. Annette is preceded in death by her husband Thomas and their eldest daughter Kathryn Denise. Annette leaves behind three children. (Donna, David and Daniel.) Annette also leaves behind nine grand children and four great-grand children. Her love for children remained strong until her death. A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday February 23, 2019 at 11 A.M. at Mount Olive Primitive Baptist Church.
